We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Item shipped by local / international shipping company reach most of the countries within 2 to 8 working days.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 12 days. If you don't receive the item after 15 days, please Contact Us, we will investigate and solve the delivery problem.
Order Status and Confirmation
We will ship out your package within 1 business days after the payment cleared. We package your products securely, in order to keep them in good condition.
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order (allow longer if your order place on a Friday or weekend), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to respond to your request right away.
Kindly provide your contact number as each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery to your door-front. If there is no one present, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office/facility to await your collection. A note will be left in your post box informing you the branch and its address.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight & size dimensions of your orders/ purchased items, the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (i.e. Ground vs 2Day vs Next Day, etc.).

We do not charge taxes. Every country has its own import and tax laws and sometimes customers get charged tax for their shipments. customers should contact your local customs office for further information. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from dentsupplyinternational are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your purchases.

Sending a Gift
We have a free service/ handling to sending your order as gift for your friends, beloved or family. If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift and we will process your order.
